UPDATE: All you need to know about the BLACKPINK concert in Kuala Lumpur
If you haven't heard, BLACKPINK is having not just one, but two shows in Kuala Lumpur for their first ever world tour – The Blackpink 2019 World Tour In Your Area.
One of the biggest fashion stars from Korea right now, BLACKPINK has been making headlines worldwide with their music and also the multiple collaborations with the likes of Chanel, Celine, Michael Kors and Coach (See: Jennie's SOLO).
Consisting of four members – Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé –, BLACKPINK has taken the world by storm and shows no signs of stopping. No matter where you go in the world, you will feel their presence in the air.
And Kuala Lumpur is one of the lucky few cities to be able to host them, along with Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Hong Kong and Taipei.

Set to rock it out at Melawati Indoor Stadium, Shah Alam, the BLACKPINK's 2019 World Tour [IN YOUR AREA] Kuala Lumpur will be hosted on 23rd and 24th February 2019 from 6 PM onwards.
This will mark BLACKPINK's first ever visit to Malaysia and due to popular demand and tickets selling out for the first show within hours on 12th December, the organiser MacpiePro has just announced the opening of a second show in Kuala Lumpur.
And for those of you who are eager to get your hands on the tickets for the second round, you can your tickets offline on 28th to 30th December in select outlets (listed below) or you can order the tickets online at MacpiePro's official website (www.macpiepro.com) exclusively on 31st December 2018.
Ticket prices start from RM373 (Green Zone), RM483 (Purple Zone), RM573 (Yellow Zone), RM673 (Red Zone) and RM693 (BLINK Zone).
Offline ticket outlets include Atria Shopping Gallery and all Mcalls Digital Lifestyle Stores in NU Sentral, Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, Paradigm Mall JB, Mcalls Service Center MMall Penang and Mcalls booth at Low Yat Plaza (4th Floor).
UPDATE: Concert Layout, Soundcheck Schedule and Send-Off Passes
And now that you have gotten your tickets to the concert, here are more details to prepare you for the day! First, did you know that for all concert-goers, they are automatically put into the list for a lucky draw to get access to Blackpink's soundcheck and send-off sessions?
MacpiePro has already released the list of winners of both passes on their Instagram (@macpiepro), so you should check it out there.
For the soundcheck session, the eligible winners can collect their passes between 11 AM to 2 PM on the concert day. You can then enter the soundcheck session around 240 PM to 3 PM, where the session will last for about 20 minutes.
For those who won the send-off pass, you can collect your tickets between 2 PM to 6 PM on the day of the concert and the send-off session to say goodbye to the girls will be around 830 PM. Pass-holders need to gather at the meeting point 15 minutes after the concert ends.
More details about the meeting point will be provided when you collect your passes.
And for all of you who want to snatch up official Blackpink merchandise, you best be there early because the Official Merchandise Booth will be opened from 10 AM onwards (check the map above for the location).
And finally, if you want to avoid driving through the traffic jam at the venue, MacpiePro will also be providing shuttle bus transfers between Stadium Malawati and KTM Batu Tiga from 10 AM to 930 PM.
