Epik High to collaborate with Yuna and BTS for new album

Set to release on 11th March, the album 'sleepless in __________' marks Epik High's first comeback after leaving YG Entertainment.

After releasing album We've Done Something Wonderful in 2017, the three-piece Korean alt hip hop group Epik High with members Tablo, Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz – is finally back with new music and they will be collaborating with Malaysia's very own Yuna!

Titled "sleepless in __________", Epik High previewed that their latest productions are 'songs to accompany your sleepless night', featuring multiple collaborations with five different artists.

The members have recently unveiled the collaborator's lineup on Instagram and along with Malaysian singer-songwriter, Yuna, we will see the appearances of K-pop's big shots including Crush, Suga from BTS, Code Kunst and Sunwoo Jung-a.

This is not Yuna's first time collaborating with overseas artists. Her collab with Usher -Crush - topped a No.3 on US Billboard Adult R&B chart in 2016; and back in 2012, Pharrell Williams produced her first single Live Your Life.

 

Formerly part of YG Entertainment, Epik High is one of the most celebrated alternative Korean groups and is the first ever major South Korean act to have performed in Coachella 2017.

The group has also collaborated with many established K-Pop artists including iKon's B.I and Bobby; singer Lee Hi, Park Bom and Bumkey.

Epik High's latest album 'sleepless in __________' is releasing on 11th March 2019.
