The much-anticipated Selera Kampungku Buffet Dinner returns to Merchants at Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre this Ramadan, offering an even more extensive selection of authentic kampung-style dishes. Curated by the talented culinary team, led by Executive Chef Adrian Jackson, this year’s buffet showcases an array of traditional flavors with an elevated touch. Indulge in rich Wagyu Rendang, savour the succulent Kambing Golek, slow-roasted to perfection, and enjoy the crispy, spice-filled Murtabak. To celebrate this sacred season, Maria’s SteakCafe brings back its special Ramadan and Hari Raya menu, perfect for Iftar and gatherings. Available in beef and non-beef options for two to four diners, each meal begins with dates and a Syrup Bandung Lychee drink. Start with Spicy Mussels in a rich tomato-based sauce, served with crispy garlic bread. For the beef set, indulge in Argentinian Striploin and New Zealand Lamb Cutlets, with the option to upgrade to Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 Tenderloin, or Wagyu MB9 Ribeye.
