Now you can rent Riccardo Tisci's Manhattan townhouse
While we are all still waiting in anticipation for his next career move (fingers crossed: Versace!), Riccardo Tisci has caught our attention with his real estate move.
First spotted and reported by WWD, the former designer of Givenchy is now leasing out half of his famous Manhattan duplex townhouse on 54 King Street for rent.
That's right. You can now be neighbours with Riccardo at the price of USD 14,000 (approx. RM 60,000) per month, which we think is a real bargain considering that he spent over USD 8.3 million for the duplex.
And after some "Googling", we found the listing and here are some rendered images of how it looks like within!
Originally the owner of just a single unit at 54 King Street, Riccardo bought over his close friend Marina Abramović's unit in 2013 to make up his current property.
And for those interested to rent this unit and be neighbours with Riccardo himself, you'd be looking at an over 2,400 square feet brownstone unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor garden, basement and decorative fireplaces.
So, who is up for the challenge to get hold of this enticing Lower Manhattan townhouse from Riccardo?
The townhouse is located at 54 King Street, New York and now listed at USD 14,000 per month for rental. For more information, you can check out www.bhsusa.com.
