Coach and Sephora team up for 2021’s cutest makeup collab yet
If owning a Coach bag may be a little out of your reach, you can now appease your desire of attaining one of their more affordable yet equally buzzworthy pieces thanks to the highly anticipated arrival of the Coach x Sephora collection.
Just in time for a spring makeup refresh, Coach has joined forces with global beauty retailer Sephora to launch a playful makeup collection.
Everything from the hardware, warm colour palette right down to the glittery packaging is inspired by the American’s fashion house’s heritage in leathercraft.
“I wanted to create something playful but also very Coach—really rooted in a rich colour palette that recalls our leather heritage,” Coach creative director Stuart Vevers said in a statement. “Like a beloved bag or favorite piece of outerwear, makeup is about creativity and style and with Sephora we were able to find another way to celebrate self-expression.”
The limited-edition collection comprises of animal-shaped makeup palettes, high-shine lip glosses, hydrating eye masks, a nail polish duo and a shimmery brush set.
Each of the seven exclusive sets comes complete with Coach iconic motifs such as their sculpted C, the house’s wildflower Tea Rose alongside their faithful mascots Rexy, Sharky and Uni.
“Like a beloved bag or favourite piece of outerwear, makeup is about creativity and style and with Sephora, we were able to find another way to celebrate self-expression,” Vevers added.
