The new N°1 de CHANEL Revitalizing Duo is Minji’s favourite – and we tried it

This July, N°1 de CHANEL introduces the Revitalizing Eye Serum, a perfect companion to the OG and now-cult Revitalizing Serum. Crafted with 76% red camellia derivative, the Revitalizing Serum acts on fine lines, enlarged pores, dullness, dehydration and sagging – all while strengthening and safeguarding the skin’s barrier against external stressors. The Revitalizing Eye Serum brings the same care and protection to the skin around the eyes, with targeted attention to dark circles, eye bags and stress lines. Its patented rotating applicator, inspired by the shape of the camellia bud, doubles as a massager to smooth and depuff. In this formula, red camellia extract works in synergy with red camellia oil and camellia yeast to re-energise tired, dull eye contours for a more hydrated, resilient, and radiant look. Together, this duo brings an instant and lasting glow to the skin.

Minji also shares that she believes eye care is an important step in our routine – not just because the skin around the eyes is super delicate, but also because it helps us to stay expressive with our emotions. “I believe the eyes never deceive. All the NewJeans members give energy to each other and to our fans through eye contact on stage,” she adds. “I think you can convey so many feelings to other people through eye contact alone!”

The N°1 de CHANEL Revitalizing Serum promises results that get better over time. After using it AM and PM daily for months, I’ve noticed fuller smile lines, bouncier skin, and clearer complexion as the pores are refined and impurities don’t stand a chance. I also rely on it to keep my reactive skin behave during lifestyle changes, such as when I’m travelling or when I don’t get enough sleep.
For the past few weeks, I’ve been pairing the Revitalizing Serum with the new Revitalizing Eye Serum. I always love a cryo massage for my morning puffy eyes, so the Revitalizing Eye Serum won me over right away with its camellia bud-shaped applicator. It rolls on the delicate skin around the eyes with perfect pressure and just the right amount of product, leaving a cooling sensation to enhance the eye serum’s depuffing effect.
With a lightweight gel formula, it sinks into the skin in just a blink. I love how it wakes my eyes up in the morning and soothes them from a long day at night, like espresso and wine.
