Uniquely crafted by Executive Chef Philip Leong and team, the menu reveals its charm as soon as the luscious scallop quinoa salad with yuzu lemon dressing makes its appearance.
Waiting to further excite the taste buds are the pan-seared Chilean sea bass with truffle sauce, smoked Wagyu with yuba and nori sauce, and the cheeky Sweet Santa dessert platter of Genmaicha Bavarian with chestnut cream, chocolate raspberry and coconut.
The New Year Omakase, on the other hand, offers a more authentic Japanese celebratory cuisine as it brings seasonal ingredients such as Kuramame (black soybeans), Kazunoko (herring roe), and Tazukuri (baby sardines) into play.
Revisit the Nobu experience with signature Nobu Style dish Dry Miso Spinach Salad with salmon belly before you continue to indulge in the fresh lobster with shitake and quinoa butter sauce, Wagyu with pepper teriyaki and the symbolic “Countdown” afters made up of crème brulee and vanilla sponge.

The New Year Omakase is available from 29th December to 1st January and priced at RM595++ and RM680++ with a glass of Champagne.
