In a Grand Palais&nbsp;bathed in light, Chanel unveils its Spring-Summer 2025 Haute Couture collection, mixing modernity and lightness with vibrant colors and flowing silhouettes.

In the heart of the Grand Palais, Chanel offered a vibrantly fresh Spring/Summer 2025 Haute Couture show, where colour and lightness reigned supreme. This collection, sculpted without an artistic director while awaiting the official arrival of Matthieu Blazy, deployed a fascinating chromatic scenography under the nave of the Parisian monument, mixing the nuances of a dawning day and those of a fading night.
The models, like ethereal silhouettes, paraded a palette of revisited suits, iconic tweed in bright hues&mdash;virgin white, pastel yellow, sea green, and delicate parma&mdash;that could be found in both short, skimming skirts and bold Bermuda shorts. The day continued in bright colours that ended with beautiful evening dresses, before plunging into deep midnight blue and black tones, emphasizing the subtle transition between light and shadow.
The dresses, airy and frivolous, in chiffon and satin, hug the body in a graceful movement, adorned with ephemeral sequins and oscillating between the majestic length and the more contemporary short silhouette. An exceptionally refined sky blue cape, draped over a short sequined dress, evokes the silhouettes of fairy tales while embodying a timeless luxury.&nbsp;
The collection ended with the highly anticipated appearance of the bride, the final vision of this dreamlike day. Wearing an asymmetrical dress, short in front and adorned with a long train at the back, the bride echoed a spirit that was both modern and romantic, accompanied by a tweed jacket enhanced with sequins and a white pussy bow, the signature of Chanelian elegance. This ode to light, shadows and transformations was greeted by a prestigious audience of celebrities &mdash; Kylie Jenner, Pamela Anderson, Jennie Kim of Blackpink, Dua Lipa, Lily-Rose Depp and Lyna Khoudri &mdash; present to celebrate a resolutely contemporary vision of haute couture.
A show where, once again, the house proved that even without an official artistic direction, the genius of Chanel continues to enchant the world of fashion.
