2021 Cannes Film Festival: Our favourite looks on the red carpet
Following the cancellation of last year's event, your favorite celebrities return to the Cannes Film Festival for 2021 to showcase a new lineup of award-worthy films in a host of jaw-dropping red carpet looks. This year, Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard's Annette opens the festival, while director Spike Lee leads the ceremony as Jury President. Actress Jodie Foster and Italian director Marco Bellocchio will also receive the Honorary Palme d'Or, the festival's highest non-competitive award. Other notable projects on the schedule include Wes Anderson's highly-anticipated movie The French Dispatch, Sean Penn's Flag Day, and After Yang starring Alicia Vikander.
Chanel brand ambassador Cotillard arrived at the premiere of her film in a shimmering gown from the brand's Fall/Winter 2020 Haute Couture collection, while her co-star, French singer Angèle, walked joined her on the red carpet in a black dress from Chanel's Spring/Summer 2021 Haute Couture collection. Jessica Chastain also appeared on the red carpet in a black bustier gown from Dior's recent Fall/Winter 2021 Haute Couture collection.
