#BaguetteFriendsForever: Miki Tang and Ikwa talks friendship and Fendi Baguette
Following the episodes in Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York, Fendi is taking the #BaguetteFriendsForever series back to its home city Rome, featuring Miki Tang and Ikwa– the founders of digital content studio Around The World in High-heels.
The BaguetteFriendsForever: The Roman Baguette begins with Miki and Ikwa taking a ride in the City of Eternal, and their destination is no other than Palazzo Della Civiltà Italian, the headquarters of Fendi.
In the sanctuary where the girls discover their token of friendship, Fendi Baguette bag takes the centre stage with its variant figures, from new and archive pieces to a flamboyant sequined design and the timeless monogram Baguette.

What does friendship mean to you?
Friendship is something that never fades even when time passes by.
What’s the best thing you like to do with your best friend?
We love to travel together. It’s something that allows us to create special memories.
We embrace every experience by sharing moments making our friendship stronger every day.
Tell us about your shooting in Rome. How would you describe the city?
Even if we have travelled many times to Italy it was our first time in Rome. We were so excited to be there! It was an honour to be part of this FENDI project in the city so dear to the Maison. It was iconic and magical at the same time.
What does FENDI mean to you?
FENDI is classic yet modern. It’s always innovating and evolving with its audience while staying true to its DNA.
Use three words to describe the FENDI Baguette bag?
Timeless, iconic and fun.
Would you define the Baguette as iconic? Why?
Of course yes. It withstands the sands of time as a symbol of creative expression and it is one of those bags that will never be out of trend!
Any cool anecdote from the day on set?
The photographer had us play hide and seek while shooting. It was hilarious and refreshing at the same time.
