The first meeting of Gigi Hadid and Prada
Italian fashion house Prada and supermodel Gigi Hadid have joined hands for the first time ever for the brand's Spring/Summer 2019 ad campaign and Gigi has her brows bleached for the job.
Along with Gigi Hadid, Prada also included world-renowned models Freja Beha Erichsen, Maike Inga, Liu Wen and Anok Yai in this new campaign shoot, photographed by Willy Vanderperre.
When we look at the visuals, the first to capture us is Gigi Hadid's browless appearance. Sporting red jacket, a large headband and wet lashes, Gigi reminds us of the iconic petite model Twiggy.
On the campaign, Gigi says on her Instagram (@gigihadid), "It’s hard to put into words how much this means to me. There are just some things in life you dream about but don’t think you’ll achieve; to Mrs Prada, @ashleybrokaw, @zambishot, and the entire team- thank you for this incredible experience and opportunity to prove myself."
