The collaboration presents a collection of contemporary interpretations of essential items, carefully curated by Rokh. Renowned for its meticulous attention to detail, Rokh brings an innovative touch to timeless pieces, infused with a distinctive blend of eccentric elegance through thoughtful customisation options. Featuring designs such as detachable-hem dresses, double-layer trench coats, corset tops, reworked trousers as well as cleverly designed office-inspired accessories, like a briefcase bag and an accordion file clutch.
With versatile designs tailored for both men and women, these pieces offer endless possibilities for layering, style modification, and even unconventional wear, such as donning them in reverse. Featuring detachable and adjustable components like hook-and-eye hems and button-up seams, these garments invite wearers to explore and experiment with their personal style. Each interactive element adds a unique flair to every piece, empowering individuals to create their distinct fashion statements.
“I always focus on making my collections as timeless as possible, and one way of doing that is with customisable details”, explains Hwang. “I’ve seen people wearing panels from our signature multi-button trench coat upside down and inside out, in brilliantly unique ways I never imagined when I first came up with the design. To see my clothes being interpreted by people in their own way is one of my greatest pleasures, and I can’t wait to see how customers engage with this fun and dynamic collection for H&M.”
