Model Crush: Kaia and Presley Gerber
The surname "Gerber" might not ring any bells to a normal person but when you take a closer look at the gorgeous existences of Kaia and Presley Gerber, you immediately strike a chord!
Offsprings of Cindy Crawford, one of the world's reigning supermodels (till this day!), Kaia and Presley are, of course, blessed with good looks, lithe figure and strikingly long legs.
But that's not all that makes them special and here's why they are our crushes for the week!
Who are they?
The first thing you'd know about Kaia Jordan Gerber (@kaiagerber) and Presley Walker Gerber (@presleygerner) is their heritage.
The children of the one and only Cindy Crawford and also the multimillionaire entrepreneur Rande Gerber (who was also a model), life has always been in the limelight for Kaia and Presley, who are based in Malibu, living with their parents.
No stranger to the fashion scene, both Kaia and Presley have taken the world by storm with their multiple scores in both campaigns and runway.
Fun, quirky and utterly gorgeous, we are completely infatuated and mesmerised by the duo, who like their mother, have set the fashion world on fire.
What they did?
While Presley works with the likes of Dolce & Gabbana and Calvin Klein, his sister Kaia aligns herself with brands like Marc Jacobs and Alexander Wang.
Not to mention the runway shows, where both have made plenty of appearances across the world including New York, Milan, London and Paris.
Fashion aside, being Millennials, Kaia and Presley are also social media stars where Kaia amasses a following of over 1.6 million users, while Presley is a little over 370 thousand on his account.
Why are they one to watch?
To say the least, we think Kaia and Presley are the new "Lucky Blue and Pyper America" combo of 2017.
And judging from their amazing repertoire now, we can expect great things from the two of them in the fashion world.
And if talent really runs in the family, we foresee Kaia and Presley making it out of the industry and into bigger things, much like Cindy and Rande themselves.
Who knows, there might just be a capsule collection or a book down the line for these two?
UPDATE: And here's another new reason to love Kaia!
Fresh off the runway, Kaia has won hearts of the entire fashion industry this last weekend when she opened the show at Alexander Wang (We definitely predicted this. See: "Why are they one to watch?" above).
Opening the Alexander Wang show with a power strut that shook the entire New York Fashion Week, this is yet another proof that Kaia is the model to watch out for in 2017/18.
And can you believe this is only her second runway walk ever? The first was Calvin Klein 205W39NYC show a few days prior.
