The Canvas Story: Burberry bags get canvas treatment for Spring/Summer 2020
Themed The Canvas Story, the signature bags at Burberry are now given a canvas treatment to capture the airy, laid back mood of Spring-Summer including the new Pocket Bag, the classic Peggy bucket and Anne crossbody.
Part of Burberry Spring/Summer 2020 Evolution collection, the Pocket Bag roots back to the classical codes of British style, one that reminds many of the school satchel used by many British students, with a youthful take on the juxtaposing materials.
In the same vein as the Pocket bag, the equestrian-inspired Peggy bucket bag and Anne crossbody bag highlights the colour and texture contrast between canvas and leather, whilst the Thomas Burberry Monogram hardware is employed for a touch of sophistication.
Other silhouettes include a sling pouch, weekend tote and the new classic TB bag.
