This Spring/Summer 2019,&nbsp;Swarovski creative director Nathalie Colin&rsquo;s&nbsp;empyreal voyage across the Mediterranean is eloquently&nbsp;articulated in the latest Swarovski lookbook.

From a dip in the Formentera&rsquo;s deep cyanic ocean&nbsp;and catching some rays by the pool at Marrakech&rsquo;s Palais&nbsp;Namaskar to the Instagram snapshots from South of France&nbsp;captioned &ldquo;Sunshine &mdash; this is the theme of our Spring Summer&nbsp;2019 collection&quot;, the trail of breadcrumbs she sprinkled along her pathway.

Injecting the warmth and joyful spirit of the inland sea into the&nbsp;veins of the novelties, Nathalie implores modern women to let their&nbsp;hair down and embrace their adventurous side. Bold, feminine&nbsp;and playful silhouettes are the star of the new collection and&nbsp;they are bound together by Nathalie&#39;s ingenuity in capturing the&nbsp;interplay between sunlight and crystals, a vision that further&nbsp;expands on Swarovski&rsquo;s own definition of brilliance.

The symbiosis of the two elements is interpreted in a rather&nbsp;literal manner through the Sunshine family. Tapered baguettes&nbsp;illustrate the solar prominence as they frame the emblematic&nbsp;white or yellow central crystal to create an animated halo that&nbsp;emits a positive aura. Be it the chain link bracelets or pendant&nbsp;necklaces, the cluster earrings or the versatile brooches, the&nbsp;Sunshine collection is poised to be the good luck charm of&nbsp;the season.

&ldquo;Sunshine induces happiness. I love the way it transforms&nbsp;crystals as well as our mood. This collection is about escape,&nbsp;joy and looking at life in a positive way. We invite women to&nbsp;disconnect from the urban craze and reconnect with life and&nbsp;sunshine-filled moments. From Tangiers to Thessaloniki, Capri&nbsp;to Corfu, Santorini to Sicily, our designs reimagine treasures&nbsp;found during our journey: amulets, sea life, ice cream and&nbsp;colourful cocktails,&rdquo; says Nathalie.

As the story unfolds, Swarovski&rsquo;s cruiser anchors along the&nbsp;Moroccan coastline where she draws the inspiration for her&nbsp;spring treasures. The fascinating culture and ethnic patterns&nbsp;give birth to the Lucky Goddess range, which features&nbsp;mystical talismans such as the Origins ring and necklace.

The contours of the jewellery pieces are elaborate, portraying&nbsp;the labyrinth of little streets within the traditional souks, and&nbsp;they&rsquo;re all washed in depictive golden tones and embellished&nbsp;with variegated crystals.

The high-octane energy carries on across the summer&nbsp;selections where cheeky fun is the way to go.

The Ocean&nbsp;collection, for one, encapsulates the art of seafaring with&nbsp;marine life-inspired designs&mdash;think tiny crabs, seahorses,&nbsp;starfish and seashells dangling over delicate strands of&nbsp;necklaces,&nbsp;bracelets and earrings&mdash;and bursts of delectable&nbsp;colours comprising strawberry red, candy pink, intense blue,&nbsp;mint green and golden yellow. It&rsquo;s a combo that signals a fun&nbsp;season ahead.
