Jessie KhooGan&rsquo;s return to Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore feels like a homecoming, having previously served with Dorsett Hospitality International, where she led Dorsett Singapore for several years. KhooGan now helms the aparthotel as General Manager, the first woman to do so.
