Dior reimagines Toile de Jouy motif for Chinese New Year 2019
Our favourite designs from Dior are now blooming in the shade of red.
Dior presents a limited edition capsule collection to celebrate the coming Chinese New Year in February, featuring the house's most loved designs including Lady Dior, Saddle, Dior Book Tote and Diorama bags.
Adding a timeless sophistication to this festive blessing, the French house reimagines its classic Toile de Jouy motif with florals in the colour of red, which both have the meaning of harmony and prosperity in Chinese culture.
Bags aside, the collection also comes with a series of ready-to-wear pieces, leather goods and accessories such as the Diorelita bracelet which features a hydrangea beaming in gold.
