Longchamp and Mr. Bags unveils a very "porky" CNY collection for 2019
Longchamp and Tao Liang, aka Mr Bags – one of China's most influential fashion bloggers – team up once again to celebrate the coming Lunar New Year and it is the Year of the Pig this 2019!
For his Longchamp 2019 Chinese New Year collab, Mr Bags continues his witty imagination to capture the lovely, jovial image of the pig, which also symbolises wealth and abundance in oriental culture, on the much loved Le Pliage series.
On the house's signature Le Pliage® Cuir top handle bag and travel bag, Mr. Bags conjured the contour of a piggy – a curly tail, a pair of pointed ears, two dots of eyes and a tiny fart hidden under the flap – with a series of bold white lines, giving off a hint of playfulness and humour.
Le Pliage® Cuir bags aside, the collaboration is also expanded with two new designs – a pouch with a zipped front pocket shaped like a pig's snout and a transparent PVC tote that comes with a piggy's snout shaped coin purse.

The Longchamp x Mr Bags 2019 Chinese New Year collection will launch globally on 7th January 2019 and available at select Longchamp boutiques.
