The Gucci Beloved Lines collection of bags comprises four iconic pieces designed by creative director Alessandro Michele with a modern approach to archival elements. They are created to be worn (and cherished) time after time, transcending seasons and trends.

First created in 1961, the Jackie hobo bag debuted at the women’s and men’s Autumn/Winter 2020 fashion show with an elegant, curved shape and unique gold piston closure. Re-emerging to rise above its traditional codes, the Jackie 1961 assumes an entirely new character that combines Michele’s contemporary vision and his love of reviving the rich and timeless heritage of the House.

GG Marmont small matelessé shoulder bag in brown leather

The GG Marmont was first presented in the Pre-Fall 2016 Womenswear collection inspired by the buckle that was used by Gucci in the '70s. The present-day version is synonymous with Michele's unique aesthetic, as seen in the three-dimensional iteration of the distinguished Double G logo.

Gucci Horsebit 1955 small shoulder bag in black leather with Horsebit detail

Gucci has had a perpetual relationship with the equestrian world and Michele borrows from the brand’s horsey past with the introduction of the Gucci 1955 Horsebit bag. Debuting in the Cruise 2020 collection, it is reinterpreted by unifying original details with an elegant yet youthful spirit that features the famous Horsebit hardware comprising a double ring and bar.

Dionysus small shoulder bag in white leather with electric blue enamel

Initially debuted at Michele’s first show in GucciAutumn/Winter 2015 women’s fashion show, the Dionysus embodies feminine strength and power. The bag’s defining hardware details which features two tiger heads shaped in the form of a spur references the Greek god Dionysus who, according to myth, is said to have crossed the river Tigris on a tiger sent to him by Zeus.
