Giambattista Valli and H&M collaborate for capsule collection
Italian fashion house Giambattista Valli has just announced its partnership with H&M at the Cannes Film Festival last Thursday.
Following in the footsteps of other brands such as Ricardo Ticci's Burberry, Giambattista Valli and H&M’s Creative Advisor Ann-Sofie Johansson anchored the announcement to a quick role out on social media platform Instagram.
World-leading fashion influencer Chiara Ferragni (with more than 16.6 million followers on Instagram) and model Kendall Jenner ( with over 111m followers on Instagram) were picked to front the campaign along with several other key figures including Chris Lee (Li Yuchun), H.E.R., Bianca Brandolini d’Adda and Ross Lynch.
The group of stars staged the debut of Giambattista Valli x H&M at the amfAR gala at Cannes Film Festival on Thursday, wearing designs from the collection.
The group also posted on their social media channels to announce a mini capsule collection that is available 15 select H&M stores around the world, ahead of the official collection launch.
The official Giambattista Valli x H&M collection will drop worldwide on 7th November 2019.
“I am excited about this collaboration, H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience. The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone’s “happy moments", to help create love stories all around the world."
