Valentino collaborates with Nick Knight for coming Couture show

And there’s a lot to unpack here.

Valentino has just announced the plan for its Haute Couture FW20/21 collection, which involves a collab with British director Nick Knight of SHOWstudio to rethink the Maison’s couture legacy with a digital touch. 

Creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli will be presenting a live performance in collaboration with Nick Knight, set to come to live on 21st July 2020 at Cinecittà Studios, Rome.

 

The live performance will be aired live on Valentino’s digital channels with the attendance of media and friends based in the country. According to an official statement from Valentino, the live event will delve into a dialogue between human and digital to reflect the value of couture -creativity, imagination and emotion.

Meanwhile, a preview clip of the live event will be debut on 8th July 2020 as part of Paris Couture Week 2020.
