Gucci unveils its second High Watchmaking collection at Gucci Wonderland
Celebrating 50 years of Gucci Swiss Timepieces.
In conjunction with the 50th anniversary of Gucci Swiss Timepieces, Gucci hosted the Gucci Wonderland event where three new models were showcased along with the rest of the house’s classics.
It was in 1972 when Gucci Swiss Timepieces first introduced the Italian-born, Swiss-made timepieces to the horology world in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Fast forward to 2021, the house’s centenary year, another milestone was marked as it made its foray into the world of high watchmaking with four different lines – Gucci 25H, G-Timeless, Grip and Gucci High Jewellery Watches, envisioning a realm where horology, fashion and jewellery artistry meet.
At the Gucci Wonderland in Geneva, Gucci unveils its second High Watchmaking collection, featuring new iterations of the Gucci 25H, G-Timeless and Grip.
GUCCI 25H SKELETON TOURBILLON
The new skeleton design gives a glimpse into the movement housed in the impossibly sleek, 8mm thick-case of the Gucci 25H, and together with the skeleton hands, it reveals a divine floating look.
G-TIMELESS PLANETARIUM, G-TIMELESS MOONLIGHT & G-TIMELESS DANCING BEES
Presented in various colourways and finishes, set with diamonds and gemstones, these three showstopping additions to the iconic G-Timeless line are the embodiment of Gucci’s jewellery artistry and artisanal watchmaking heritage.
GRIP SAPPHIRE
Injected with a precise dose of playfulness, the new Grip Sapphire has a transparent, cushion-shaped case cut from pure sapphire crystal, offered in tone on tone mint and clashing of mint and mauve-pink.
