Savour the best of Brazil through the hands of two-star Michelin chef Alberto Landgraf.

Alberto Landgraf, the two-star Michelin chef is in town as the Guest Chef at Sabayon, EQ&rsquo;s fine-dining restaurant. Prepare to be amazed and embark on a gastronomic journey with his masterful creations from 24 August to 7 September 2023.

One of the leading young chefs in Latin America, Landgraf has distinguished himself by his use of Japanese culinary techniques and his utilisation of native Brazilian ingredients. Also, he is well-known for transforming simple ingredients into top-of-the-line culinary offerings.

&ldquo;There are many similarities in our cuisines, most obviously the availability and use of wonderful fresh produce and ingredients. I am looking forward to introducing some native Brazilian flavours and Japanese high-end ingredients to diners, as well as to working with the culinary team at Sabayon,&rdquo; said Landgraf.

As the Guest Chef, Landgraf will be preparing exclusive lunch and degustation menus at Sabayon for the guests to savour. The dinner menu is priced at RM788+ per pax, while the lunch menu, is priced at RM328+ per pax.
