Le French Festival 2018 brings more excitement than ever
An annual affair created to celebrate everything French, Le French Festival is back for the year 2018 and this year sees a stellar line-up catered for all.
Starting from 12th April to 20th May 2018, Le French Festival will be taking place in all major Malaysian states including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu and, for the first time, Johor.
Featuring a variety of activities including film screenings, music performances, theatre plays, kids activities and art exhibitions, Le French Festival is the perfect place to immerse yourself in French culture (it's like travelling to Paris but without flying!).
And fronting the festival as its official ambassador is the talented actress Siti Saleha, who is also a francophile at heart.
And on top of the must-do list of Le French Festival is the partnership with Golden Screen Cinemas who will be hosting the French Film Festival, showcasing a list of stellar French films including
On the coming festival, Tengku Zatasha, President of Alliance Française Kuala Lumpur says, "With at least one programme happening a day, I’m confident that we are creating a stronger and more immersive platform to boost momentum for cultural exchanges, as well as to encourage the exploration of new ventures".
