Directed by Italian filmmaker Marescotti Ruspoli, starring Maria Vera Ratti, the Unexpected Florence campaign is an ode from Salvatore Ferragamo to Florence, the motherland of Ferragamo, romance, art and Renaissance.

The new series is dedicated to six historical hidden gems in Florence, honouring the signature models and creations by Mr Ferragamo himself to the influential women of that time.

Through Ruspoli's keen yet graceful of vision and series of dialogues between shapes and colours, textures and atmospheres, we recount the heritage of Florence as well as the timeless beauty of the 91-year-old Italian house.
