TUMI celebrates Fall 2023 with the "Essentially Beautiful" party
To celebrate the beauty of its Fall 2023 Collection, including the 19 Degree and the Georgica collection, TUMI hosts a star-studded party in Kuala Lumpur.
Fall 2023 proves to be a massive celebration for TUMI, where the luxury travel brand has launched a number of captivating collections with TUMI Crew member Formula 1 driver Lando Norris, pro-footballer Son Heung-min and acclaimed singer-songwriter and actress Reneé Rapp at its forefront.
And to welcome the arrival of the TUMI Fall 2023 Collection, TUMI hosted a star-studded night with celebrities, personalities and social media influencers including Amelia Henderson, Idris Khan, Brian See and more.
The night took place in Ilham Tower, Kuala Lumpur and saw new and iconic designs featured in unique setups themed around the concept of "Hypercraft", pushing the interconnectivity of past knowledge and modern techniques to design products that go above and beyond in terms of style, durability, versatility and performance. Guests immersed themselves on a journey of discovery through the new collections including the iconic 19 Degree Aluminum collection - a collection of stylish and modern travel luggage meticulously crafted with aircraft-grade aluminum.
The signature Tegra-Lite® also caught much attention with its sleek and innovative bodies featuring Tegris, an exceptionally strong yet lightweight material, which plays a prominent part in TUMI's design language. Available styles include International Expandable Carry-On, Short Trip Expandable Packing Case, Extended Trip Expandable 4 Wheeled Packing Case and International Front Pocket Expandable 4 Wheeled Carry-On featuring a front U-zip pocket for extra packing space and quick access to essentials.
Travel cases aside, TUMI also prides itself on creating innovative bag and accessories designs, like the Alpha X collection, an update to the popular Alpha series known for its versatility, durability and style that fits jet setters of all ages, genders and travel preferences. It is crafted from PX6, TUMI’s most durable fabric to date with a unique combination of high strength, high modulus, toughness and thermal stability. This celebrated collection was featured against an Instagrammable X-themed backdrop — truly bridging art, style and craftsmanship into a seamless story-telling for TUMI.
Available styles include the International Dual Access 4-Wheeled Carry-On, Slim Backpack and Compact Sling. And last but not least, the night also saw the debut of the Georgica collection, a new line of women's leather handbags, showcased in a boudoir-themed setup. With silhouettes including totes, backpacks, laptop sleeves and crossbodies in black, taupe and the seasonal Terracotta colourways, the collection exudes quiet luxury and timeless fashion while maintaining TUMI's dedication to quality, essential function, and versatility. Standout features include magnetic snap closure, detachable leather charm and compatibility with TUMI+ leather straps.
