A first at BET Awards, our very own Yuna has just been nominated for the BET Centric Award, a first for Malaysia!

Organised by Black Entertainment Television network, the award ceremony celebrates African Americans and other minorities in the entertainment industry and is one of the world 's most prestigious awards.

For 2017 BET Awards, Yuna is nominated for her successful song "Crush" that features the world-renowned artist Usher.

Standing against strong opponents including Fantasia (Sleeping with the One I Love); Kehlani (Distraction); Mary J. Blige (Thick of It); Solange (Cranes in the Sky) and Syd (All About Me), we have all our fingers crossed for our Malaysian pride and joy!

The BET Awards will be airing on 25th June 2017 in the US. Good luck Yuna!
