Hailey Bieber debuts new beauty brand Rhode
The brand's first drop includes three skincare products made with clean ingredients.
In December 2021, Hailey Bieber confirmed that her beauty brand Rhode was coming out in 2022 and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the brand’s launch. Now, the wait is finally over as Bieber drops her first three products: the Peptide Glazing Fluid, the Barrier Restore Cream, and the Peptide Lip Treatment.
The Peptide Glazing Fluid is a lightweight gel serum made to hydrate skin and reduce dullness and fine lines. Using a combination of peptides, hyaluronic acid, marula oil, and niacinamide, the serum plumps and nourishes skin while supporting and softening the skin barrier. Bieber uses the product as the first step in her routine for bright and dewy skin.
The Barrier Restore Cream is a rich moisturiser that soothes and hydrates to deliver soft, smooth skin over time. With Shea Butter and Peptides listed as key ingredients among other clean components, the moisturizer calms and protects skin in addition to improving its overall texture. The product is perfect for everyday use or just for comforting skin when it's dry or dull. The restore cream is completely fragrance-free and works for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Bieber’s last product in Rhode’s first drop is a Peptide Lip Treatment. The restorative treatment comes in three flavors: watermelon slice, salted caramel, and the classic unscented. The clean ingredients of shea butter, peptides, babassu, and cupuacu work together to hydrate and protect lips, leaving them soft and glossy. The product can be used during the day or at night to restore dry and chapped lips.
Rhode follows Bieber’s less-is-more mentality with simple and easy-to-use products that can be integrated into a pre-existing skincare routine or used all on their own. The products’ packaging is sleek and minimalistic in light gray bottles made entirely from recycled materials. With clean ingredients and sustainable packaging and shipping methods, Bieber’s skincare range is both intentional and environmentally conscious.
Alongside the brand’s creation, Bieber has established the Rhode Futures Foundation. Partnering with Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Lift Family Goal Fund, and Accion Opportunity Fund, Rhode is donating a percentage of its sales to support women, their families, and their futures.
