Hyun Bin becomes Tom Ford Beauty's first regional ambassador

Captain Ri is crashing back into our lives in style with his first Tom Ford fragrance campaign.

After his recent worldwide success with ‘Crash Landing On You’ and a long list of other K-dramas — the highest-rated tvN drama and the third-highest-rated drama in Korean cable TV history –, Hyun Bin has landed himself another new luxury endorsement deal (after his recent Omega appointment) and this time with Tom Ford Beauty.

And this new role marks the House’s first regional fragrance brand ambassador for the Asia-Pacific region where Captain Ri himself will debut in a campaign for the new Tom Ford Private Blend Soleil Brûlant fragrance. The Soleil Brûlant is set to invigorate its wearers with a summer-friendly scent, featuring amber floral notes coupled with hints of mandarin and bergamot.

Since gaining worldwide recognition for his role in the 2005 romantic comedy: ‘My Name is Kim Sam-soon’, Hyun Bin has been lined up for many leading roles in popular television dramas. He is now one of the most sought after and highly regarded actors in South Korea who has won countless acting awards including the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards for Most Popular Actor and 6th Korea Film Actors Association Awards Top Star Award.

His next project will be the film "Bargaining", which will be released in 2021.
