Kaia Gerber is the new YSL Beauté makeup ambassador
The relationship between Kaia Gerber and YSL has been strong and firm ever since Kaia's modelling debut in 2017.
In a short span of a year's time, she has walked for four shows and starred in the #YSL15 campaign. Now, she is chosen as the new makeup ambassador of YSL Beauté.
On her new role, Kaia says, “I think these days, everything you do has to be measured with a degree of responsibility. If there are people who view me as a role model, I really hope to be able to create positive images and messages that inspire others to feel confident about the way they look, to look after themselves, and basically to be kind to themselves.”
In the campaign, set to release in January 2019, Kaia will be the face of Rouge Volupté Shine, the iconic moisturizing lipstick, and also the muse for Touche Éclat and Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils in coming campaigns.

Kaia Gerber, who has just ended her fashion week schedule (a total of 25 shows), is doubtless a supermodel in the making. Only at seventeen, Kaia exudes the natural confidence and self-assured sense of style that creates an impact on the global fashion community.
And even off the runway, Kaia plays the role as an inspiration to her generation with her independence and innate confidence.
