YSL has just assigned a new task to its favourite girl.

The relationship between Kaia Gerber and YSL has been strong and firm ever since Kaia&#39;s modelling debut in 2017.

In a short span of a year&#39;s time, she has walked for four shows and starred in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.lofficielmalaysia.com/fashion/kaia-gerber--ysl15-campaign-saint-laurent" target="_blank">#YSL15</a> campaign. Now, she is chosen as the new&nbsp;makeup ambassador of YSL Beaut&eacute;.

On her new role,&nbsp;Kaia says, &ldquo;I think these days, everything you do has to be measured with a degree of responsibility. If there are people who view me as a role model, I really hope to be able to create positive images and messages that inspire others to feel confident about the way they look, to look after themselves, and basically to be kind to themselves.&rdquo;

In the campaign, set to release&nbsp;in January 2019, Kaia will be the face of Rouge Volupt&eacute; Shine, the iconic moisturizing lipstick, and also the muse for Touche &Eacute;clat and Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils in coming campaigns.

Shot by David Sims, who had worked with Kaia before, we couldn&#39;t wait to see Kaia shining in her eclectic, playful, edgy&nbsp;and effortless style.

Kaia Gerber, who has just ended her fashion week schedule (a total of 25 shows), is doubtless a supermodel in the making. Only at seventeen, Kaia exudes the natural confidence and self-assured sense of style that&nbsp;creates an impact on the global fashion community.

And even off the runway, Kaia&nbsp;plays the role as an inspiration to her generation with her independence and innate confidence.
