What does your ideal Sunday afternoon look like? Lazing in bed? Hitting the gym? Binge watching your favourite Netflix series? Catching up on house chores?

How about a sumptuous brunch right in the heart of the city with a stunning view to boot?

It's time you join the club by heading down to Troika Sky Dining (@troikaskydining) for the heartiest brunch at Strato.

Forget about the classic brunch of eggs, toasts, bacon and coffee.

Every Sunday, starting from 1st October, enjoy an extensive spread of over ten different mouth-watering dishes that capture the spirit of Mama's fine Italian cooking before ending on a sweet note with a range of desserts.

Starting from appetisers, here are five of our personal favourites to get you excited.

Chilled Ricotta Gnocchi with Zucchini Pesto

A classic Italian dish for the vegetarians - baby zucchini grilled to extract more sweetness before chopping with garlic confit to create the freshest pesto sauce. Tossed it together with chilled small Italian dumplings and you have yourself a winning meat-free appetiser that is both savoury yet guilt-free.

Farinata (Chickpea Potatoes Pancake)

Who knew the combination of chickpea and potatoes would make for make for a delicious custardy Italian pancake that is crispy around the edges? Layered with peperonata (fried peppers), a dollop of mascarpone cheese and runny duck egg, it is easy to see why this dish made it as one of our favourites.

Roasted Wagyu Beef Tagliata

Of course, an extravagant brunch spread has to include succulent premium wagyu beef that is seasoned and roasted to perfection. Paired with tangy and zesty wild leek salsa verde, each thick slice was a juicy affair and extremely tender. So tender, you will be surprised at how quickly it melts in your mouth into blissful nothingness.

Black Mussel with White Wine and Fresh Herbs

No brunch experience is ever complete without a seafood dish (obviously)! Steamed in generous amount of white wine and fresh herbs, each briny and juicy mussel is bursting with flavour. You will also be forgiven for wanting to scoop the remaining delicious herbaceous broth.

Candied Almond Tiramisu

Nothing quite like a sinful bowl of tiramisu to please our sweet tooth. Soaked in glorious Brandy overnight, what you get is a soft, creamy coffee-flavoured treat perfectly complimented with a touch of alcohol. The large chunks candied almonds sprinkled on top also make for an oh-so-satisfying crunch with every bite.

Are you salivating yet? Believe it or not, it gets better. You are allowed to request for additional helpings across the menu! It's basically bottomless brunch so leaving the table with room for more food is absolutely not an option.
