You're Invited: Louis Vuitton Resort 2020

Louis Vuitton is slated to land stateside tomorrow for their Women’s Resort 2020 fashion show. Nicolas Ghesquière is bringing his futuristic vision to the recently remodeled landmark, the TWA Flight Center at NYC’s JFK on 8th May 2019 (New York time).

The center was designed by Eero Saarinen, the Finnish-American architect known for his neo-futuristic style. Closed to the public since 2001, the show opens in tangent with the opening of the new TWA hotel which of its amenities includes a scenic rooftop infinity pool overlooking the airports 4L/22R.

After doing Cruise collections in Brazil, Monaco, and Japan just to name a few places, it makes sense for Ghesquière to show at the airport so he can take off for his next collection.
