"1 Billion Queen" Tang Yan set to design a special Bally collection

Bally has just announced its first ever Asia Pacific ambassador and it's, none other than, Chinese star Tang Yan, also known as Tiffany Tang.

Set to appear in Bally's coming Fall/Winter 2017 advertising campaign, Tang Yan was shot by New York photographer Briana Capozzi in London, earlier this May.

And along with her new role as ambassador, Tang Yan will also be dabbling her creative mind into designing a unique Bally handbag collection, which will be announced later this year.

On her new role, Tang Yan says, "I am very excited to be working on my first handbag collection with a brand that I really admire I want to thank Frédéric de Narp and his very talented teams for the opportunity."

Known to most as the "1 Billion Queen", mainly due to her massive audience ratings, Tang Yan is now one of the most sought-after star in the region and Bally is set to rise in fame with her.

With over 60 stores in China, CEO fo Bally, Frédéric de Narp says "With her elegance, immense talent and astounding reach within China and the surrounding markets, Tang Yan is the perfect partner to continue the growth and elevated positioning of the Bally brand".

Tang Yan's first campaign will roll out in September to all major magazines and billboards, and she is also set to appear in Bally's 2018 campaigns.
