Inspired by the sunny skies and breezy coasts of the French Riviera, Chef Raymond brings to life a series of desserts and pastries that will satisfy even the most critical foodie. Using local Malaysian ingredients and combining them with modern culinary techniques, the selection includes the Lychee &amp; Rose Cake, the Peanut Butter Mousse with Corn Cr&eacute;meux, the Harumanis Mango with Gula Melaka and the Hojicha with Milk Chocolate Mousse.
On top of that, a great selection of coffee, mocktails, champagne and cocktails are also curated to be paired with the desserts.
