Coach Fall 2019 collection is a psychedelic Californian romance
This New York Fashion Week at Coach, creative director Stuart Vevers brings us on a journey to the coast of California, where the colours burst in the marine air.
The designer was inspired by his road trip to California Route 1 and he then tapped Kaffe Fassett – the American artist who has been devoting himself in textile and fabrics for 50 years -to bring that psychedelic colours of Cali to life for Fall/Winter 2019.
And the collaboration turns out to be a mesmerising collision of fabrics and colours, set against a dark, obscure mood. We spotted our favourite signatures from Coach including one-piece dresses, leather jackets and ruffled hemlines – given with a bolder silhouette with the playful, eccentric layering.
