Coach to debut first ever runway in China this December
In celebration of its 15th year in China, Coach is set to debut its Pre-Fall 2019 collection in Shanghai, which is also Coach's first ever runway show in China.
Titled "Coach Lights Up Shanghai", Coach will be hosting its show and afterparty at The Bund, Shanghai on 8th December 2018.
On this exciting debut in Shanghai, creative director Stuart Vevers says, "Staging our Pre Fall show in Shanghai is a big moment for Coach and for me personally. Shanghai is one of the most vibrant, youthful and contemporary cities I have ever visited."
"It has a distinct energy that is inspiring and exciting–––just like New York."
For the runway collection, Stuart Vevers will also be collaborating with Chinese cultural icons to create specially designed accessories, ready-to-wear and sneakers.
He says, "I’m most looking forward to taking the spirit of the new Coach and the attitude and energy of New York to Shanghai to connect in an exciting and memorable way."
Also marking its first ever dual gender show outside of New York, the coming Shanghai event is not to be missed this December and will see the marriage of two iconic cities – Shanghai and New York – for the runway collection.
