See what couture looks inside Queen Adele's 'Oh My God' MV
On 12th January 2022, Adele released the MV 'Oh My God' with cinematic black and white scenes that are filled gorgeous custom couture costumes.
No one but Adele deserves the title of Queen of Haute Couture. Thanks to her great influence in each of her tunes to all generations, Adele is always sought after by major fashion houses.
From the big stage to the music videos, the red carpet is spread out for her and her custom designs like the new 'OH MY GOD' music video.
On January 12, after a week of teasers and images, the British rose released the cinematic 'Oh My God' MV and powerful vocals and monochrome cinematics aside, the fashion in the music video is also a standout factor that makes the audience swoon in admiration.
For this production, Adele and stylist Jamie Mizrahi have chosen all tailor-made and custom couture designs for major and emerging fashion houses.
In the first scene, Adele appeared in a polka dot see-through silk shirt with large sleeves, combined with a black dress by Harris Reed and also a pair of Harris Reed x Missoma earrings. Harris Reed is currently an emerging genderfluid designer from London and this is the first time he has been honoured to dress up the British star.
When Adele was still sitting on the wooden chair, the camera cleverly switched to the singer in a custom Louis Vuitton dress and a regal capelet inspired by the fashion house's Spring/Summer 2022 collection.
The real highlight of the whole MV lies in the final look, where Adele dons a custom design by the iconic Vivienne Westwood and accented with jewellery from Cartier. The scarlet colour of a satin corset dress with a regal silk skirt and the sparkling white of million-dollar diamonds – such luxury can only appear in Adele's work.
