Gucci reproduces the journey of Prêt-à-Porter for Fall 2019
Gucci has once again teamed up with photographer Glen Luchford for its Fall/Winter 2019 campaign, titled #GucciPrêtÀPorter.
Taking us from the atelier to runway and news-stand, the idea of Prêt-à-Porter (ready-to-wear) becomes the protagonist of the campaign, whilst the wearers play the roles as narrators, taking us behind the scenes of the wondrous making of ready-to-wear.
The dynamic campaign pictures from #GucciPrêtÀPorter ignites the glorious chronicle of fashion that spans decades, dating all the way back to the 50s, of which now evolves into a contemporary edit through the vision of Alessandro Michele for Gucci.
#GucciPrêtÀPorter also features a series of press cover replicas that evoke the curation of the olden days, where the apparels and the details take the centre stage instead of stars and personalities.
