Gucci unveils a sun-drenched campaign for 2019 holiday season
This festive season, Gucci presents an unconventional sunny vacation with its 2019 holiday campaign, directed by Harmony Korine. The 90-second video ignites the joyous spirit of festive with everything sparkles and dazzles under bright sun rays and tropical seas to feature an eclectic array of Gucci ready-to-wear, jewellery, accessories and leather goods.
For 2019 holiday season, Gucci highlights the new GG material conjured on the whimsical flowers and insects motifs, which are drawn out from the Gucci archives where it was first created for the late Grace Kelly in the 70s.
As for the accessories, they feature Gucci's trademark green-red-green Web stripe, finished with Double G hardware.
In conjunction with the dropping of Gift Giving collection, Gucci also introduces the Augmented Reality portal on Snapchat App, where users can immerse themselves in a virtual psychedelic tropical island for an unconventional holiday dream! A series of digital activations, filters and stickers will also be available on Instagram, Giphy and iMessage this festive season!
