H&M collaborates with Erdem and Baz Luhrmann
Every year we wait with bated breath for H&M's annual designer collaboration and now we finally got the wind of who – it's with London designer Erdem.
Like its many collaboration before, Erdem will be designing a womenswear collection, as well as a menswear collection, which is a first for the fashion designer.
And to celebrate the announcement, H&M also collaborated legendary director Baz Luhrmann to bring the Erdem x H&M collection to life in film and here's a teaser to get you excited!
And so far, we are loving the collection featuring Erdem's signature floral prints and a touch of animal prints for women. Also, there's amazingly dapper coats for the gentlemen.
On the collection, Erdem says, "I am so happy to collaborate with H&M, and to explore my work on a whole new scale including a menswear collection which I have never done before. It’s also such a thrill to work with Baz Luhrmann, one of the most important storytellers of our time."
Set to launch in 2nd November 2017, the Erdem x H&M collection will also feature a special film by Baz Luhrmann to showcase the pieces.
Baz Luhrmann says, "For me fashion is always about more than just clothing, it is a form of expression - a stand-alone art form. I am excited to be collaborating with ERDEM and H&M to reveal the story of this unique collection."
