Longchamp teams up for an active and urban Fall/Winter 2024 collection

This coming season, creative director Sophie Delafontaine envisioned the Longchamp woman in an urban landscape where she is fitted and ready to brave through the day from work to sports and leisure. Combining comfort and contemporary aesthetics in the collection, she brings "a balance between elegance and sensuality, not forgetting a certain dynamism and a good dose of well-being."
Longchamp's new collection is a celebration of dynamic silhouettes and functional elegance. One of the many standout pieces is the kimono jacket, epitomizing the brand's signature fashion-meets-function ethos. The jacket features the distinctive horse logo on the pocket and a sophisticated taffeta effect on its recycled polyester outer, transforming a simple t-shirt and pants combo into a chic ensemble.
On the other hand, we have the signature Longchamp stretch leather, an innovative material that offers a second-skin fit, that is now reimagined into chic silhouettes to emphasize freedom of movement, along with an array of comfortable yet stylish knitwear.
Then we have the elegant Parisian trench coat, which is now infused with the dynamism of the American Teddy jacket and designed to be a staple in any wardrobe - ideal for the unpredictable in-between weather. No matter shower or shine, Longchamp’s trench coat will keep you effortlessly chic.
Add all that with a long list of athleisure looks, you are set to head straight from office to yoga or pilates in a heartbeat - nothing will be able to stop you.
Of course, we cannot talk about Longchamp without focusing on its stunning bags and the Le Pliage Xtra collection is a winner featuring the classic silhouette in supple leather with a modern twist. From the speedy crossbody bag to the varsity-themed and embossed miniature handbags and pouches, the sky is the limit when it comes to elevating your look.
Along with the wide range of bags including the iconic Roseau, the collection seamlessly fits into the fast-paced lifestyle of modern-day women.
