After the controversial announcement of the theme “Gilded Glamour”, the Met Gala 2022 has a confirmed date and hosts.
Associated with the Golden Age, the new edition that will once again bring together Hollywood celebrities and music personalities, will take place on 2nd May 2022 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in New York.
The Met Gala supports the Costume Institute and returns this year, leading us to the "In America: An Anthology of Fashion", as part of a two-part homage to the history of American fashion.
The official hosts of this year's event will be: Regina King, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Designer Tom Ford, Adam Mosseri and Anna Wintour continue as honorary hosts.
This year's theme promises to see its star-studded cast of guests using lots of gold, pearls and diamonds, referring to glitz, glamor and opulence.
