New limited edition Gucci tees are coming!
Since the appointment of Alessandro Michele at Gucci, art is something close to the fashion house's heart (see: Gucci art wall in New York).
For its latest art project, Gucci is collaborating with Angelica Hicks (@angelicahicks) to launch a series of limited edition t-shirts.
Within this collection, there will be 11 designs (each limited to only 100 pieces) created by using the many fascinating artworks by Angelica.
Selected for her offbeat creative approach and ironic tone, Gucci has also collaborated with the artist for its wall art campaign in New York and Milan.

Similar to an art print, every T-shirt in the collection is numbered with a dedicated label (e.g. 1/100) and it comes with its very own vintage-inspired metal tin box.
Some of the designs include “The Gospel According to Gucci”, a tribute to British singer Florence and the Machine and even an art rendition of its Gucci Ghost tote bag.
Launching on May 25th, the collection will be available exclusively on Gucci.com in the US and Europe.
