October is screaming by, which means now is just about your last chance to put together an elaborate Halloween costume.

Will you go as a famous pop star, actor, or rock 'n' roller? Celebrities face this same turmoil every year (though with access to a fleet of seamstresses). We decided to take a look back at some of the best moments when celebs dressed up as, well, other celebs.

Whether it's Harry Styles as Elton John or Kourtney Kardashian as Ariana Grande, these stars have paid wonderfully spectacular tribute to their idols and friends. In 2020, Lil Nas X, a longtime Nicki Minaj stan, took the opportunity to go all out in his rendition of her "Super Bass" outfit.

While you may not be able to send away for a custom designer outfit before Halloween, like some of these folks can, you should still take a look and see if you come upon any inspiration.

A blonde wig and all-black ensemble would get you pretty close to Kendall Jenner's Pamela Anderson. If you want to throw it all the way back to 2013, attaching some teddy bear parts to a bodysuit could evoke Paris Hilton's play on Miley Cyrus' infamous VMAs performance. Happy hunting, and happy Halloween.
