Arguably one of our favourite designers of today (responsible for Loewe and JW Anderson), Jonathan Anderson is Uniqlo's latest designer collaborator, set to launch in Fall 2017.

For this collaboration, Jonathan will be designing an Autumn/Winter capsule collection for Uniqlo LifeWear with a theme based on a celebration of British Heritage.

Jonathan (of Northern Irish descent), who is known for his unique aesthetics and flair for silhouettes, makes the perfect partner-in-crime for Uniqlo for this particular theme.

On the breaking news, Yuki Katsuta, senior vice president of Fast Retailing (Uniqlo's parent company) and head of research and design at Uniqlo, says, "In partnering with J.W. Anderson, one of Britain's most innovative and creative brands, we will tap into traditions while pursuing progress in designs and fabrics, to craft styles that are enduringly appealing."

Marking his first collaboration with Uniqlo, Jonathan will be joining the fast-retail label's "Designer Hall of Fame" with the likes of Inès de la Fressange, Jil Sander and Carine Roitfeld.

Stay tuned as we will bring you the latest updates on the Uniqlo x JW Anderson capsule collection in the coming months.
