The goal is to give voice and feed the energy of emerging talents. For the coming the Milan Fashion Week Women's Collection in February 2022, Maison Valentino and CNMI will support the emerging Italian brand Marco Rambaldi.

The young designer will test this new format and will be hosted on Valentino's Instagram channel (@maisonvalentino) to show its coming fall Winter 2022-23 women 's collection.

"Marco Rambaldi's fashion show in via Lecco was a strong celebration of the human and a vision of kaleidoscopic beauty." Pierpaolo Piccioli, Valentino's creative director explains, "For this reason, we have decided to start a new project starting from his collection, and I'm sure it will be just the beginning of something that will give new energy and new inspiration to all of us."

Personal expression, inclusion and contemporary vision purged of stereotypes are the values shared with Maison Valentino.

Being part of a fashion system is much more than a statement. Being a member of the FHCM and CNMI gives Maison Valentino and other brands the opportunity to build new opportunities and strategies for our industry. Having had the opportunity to bring my pret-à-porter collections to Milan, in September 2020 and March 2021, made me understand how much life and how many vibrations this city has to offer in terms of creativity and new ideas. With all this in mind, with our CEO and my team, together with the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, we have decided to select an emerging designer every season, offering the opportunity to use our social platform as a stage where they can amplify their work and their messages. We have decided to select the designers to share the value system. "Pierpaolo Piccioli Creative Director of the Maison Valentino

The initiative with which Pierpaolo Piccioli and his team are supporting an independent brand like ours is a symbol of the ability to listen to the present moment, of foresight, but above all of great love for fashion. I believe that with this collaboration Valentino seals the will not only to continue writing his own history, but to want to sow and nurture that of all Italian fashion in the decades to come. A Maison that works alongside an emerging brand breaks the lines, goes beyond the boundaries, regenerates connections. Thanks to this type of attitude and the incessant work of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, there is still the possibility of doing research and cultivating voices outside the chorus. I think it is really needed and I am deeply grateful. " Marco Rambaldi

The promotion and support of emerging talents have always been a fundamental pillar of our Association, which in recent years has created and implemented specific projects with a view to enhancing the creativity and visions that new designers bring to the fashion system. For this reason, I am happy that the Maison Valentino and its Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, have decided to support new talents by offering them a stage of resonance, their social channels, and that the National Chamber of Italian Fashion can be at their side in the selection of brands. This initiative also confirms the centrality of our Fashion Week on the international scene; Milan, energetic and vibrant, embodies the elements necessary to make possible the coexistence of great brands and new talents that make the city a multifaceted hub where creativity and know-how are combined. " Carlo Capasa, President of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion
