"What's Your Favourite Coach?" feat. Yuna, Jane Chuck and more
We are back in full force with our lives (with precaution and care, of course) and with that, a new wardrobe is in order. So what better way to kickstart a fresh month ahead than with the new Coach Pre-Fall 2020 collection featuring its new Signature Chambray styles.
As part of the “Big Apple Camp” theme, Coach reinterprets its Signature Chambray styles in all its ready-to-wear, bags and footwear collection – including the classic Tabby and the new vanguards like the multi-bag or Pacer belt bag.
And the best part? Coach now offers "Coach On Delivery" service in Malaysia that will have your favourite Coach delivered right to your doorstep (more on that below).

HOW DOES "COACH ON DELIVERY" WORKS?
Shoppers can browse the season’s highlights, including ready-to-wear, bags, wallets, footwear and accessories for both men and women on malaysia.coach.com.
To get more information or to place an order for their favourite piece, shoppers may email coachondelivery@coach.com or call their favourite store in Malaysia to speak to the dedicated store associate. Store associates will provide assistance and convenience to shop.
Once shopping is completed, store associate will create a payment request via email pay with the order’s details, which will be automatically sent to the shopper’s e-mail. Once an order is placed, shoppers can expect to receive their Coach items to the delivery address stated.
Some exceptional elements included in "Coach On Delivery":
- Gift boxes and messaging – items are all wrapped up and ready to give as a gift
- Delivery within a day to addresses in Klang Valley during weekdays for order placed before 12pm on the same day. For addresses outside Klang Valley, delivery within 3 to 5 working days via courier services. No delivery will be made during the weekend.
- Return and exchange: If shopper is not satisfied with their purchase after receiving it, they can return it to Coach for free within 30 days for an exchange. Purchases can be returned by mail or to a Coach store near them and must be in new or unused condition.
Shoppers who purchase any Coach items via 'Coach On Delivery' will receive an exclusive monogrammed hangtag – a customized item to make the package extra special as a gift.
