Last October, ZENITH invited us to &ldquo;Meet the DREAMHERS 2022&rdquo;, a global event held in Singapore where CEO Julien Tornare introduced newly appointed ZENITH DREAMHERS: Catie Munnings, Esther Abrami, Chiaki Horan and Lola Rodriguez, alongside DREAMHERS alumni Sheila Sim and Melody Hsu. We were inspired and uplifted by their personal stories of courage, determination and passion during the evening&rsquo;s panel discussion at Chijmes, followed by an elegant dinner, a performance by classical violinist Abrami and an after-party.

A platform under ZENITH&rsquo;s HORIZ-ON Corporate Social Responsibility programme with gender equality and women&rsquo;s empowerment as one of the main pillars, DREAMHERS was created by the Manufacture to unite independent and accomplished women to share their experiences and inspire others to fulfil their dreams. ZENITH DREAMHERS is represented by women from all walks of life who have pursued their passions to accomplish incredible feats in their respective fields.

Fast-forward a few months, ZENITH is embarking on the next step by introducing the DREAMHERS Mentoring Programme. Three women will be selected to receive guidance and coaching on how to achieve specific goals from three DREAMHERS who have made their mark in varied fields. Their journeys together will be shared with the world to inspire others to venture out and reach their stars.

The trio of DREAMHERS mentors will comprise tennis star Anett Kontaveit, who will coach on staying focused and never giving up despite the obstacles; violin virtuoso Esther Abrami, who will share how to stand out while remaining true to yourself and your values; and EXTREME E race driver Catie Munnings, who will counsel on how to succeed in a male-dominated activity.
