Nespresso’s sweet endings for Raya

Though the month of Ramadan is coming to an end, Nespresso’s curation of these mouth-watering Raya-inspired coffee recipes from the Barista Creations for Milk range are great for you and your family and loved ones to enjoy all year long.

Follow these easy steps for irresistible coffee.

Pandan Perantauan

Ingredients:

Barista Creations Nocciola (40ml), chocolate powder (5g), Monin Pandan syrup (15ml), milk (60ml), Pandan leaf garnish, VIEW Lungo Glass, Nespresso Barista device

Preparation Methods:

Firstly, add Pandan syrup and milk into the Barista Device and select “Latte Macchiato” mode. Pour the mixture into the VIEW Lungo cup. Then, brew a capsule of Barista Creations Nocciola into it. Lastly, sprinkle chocolate on top and garnish with Pandan leaf as preparation.

Kueh Pagi Raya

Ingredients:

Barista Creations Cioccolatino (40ml), Santan (30ml), milk (15ml), Gula Melaka syrup (15ml), grated Gula Melaka Garnish, ice (2 x 30g), Reveal Lungo Glass, Nespresso Barista device

Preparation Methods:

Pour gula melaka syrup, santan and milk into the Barista Device and press “Iced Frappe”.  Meanwhile, add ice and brew 1 capsule of Barista Creations Cioccolatino into Reveal Lungo Glass. Lastly, pour the mixture from the Barista device into the glass and garnish with grated gula melaka on top.

Beraya dengan Bandung

Ingredients:

Barista Creations Vaniglia (40ml), milk (60ml), Monin Rose syrup (15ml), ice (30g), REVEAL Lungo Glass, Nespresso Barista device

Preparation Methods:

The first step, brew Barista Creations Vaniglia and add 1 ice cube to Barista Device then select “Ice Nitro” mode. Add Rose syrup and some ice to the Reveal Lungo Glass then add milk before pouring the mixture from the Barista device into the glass.

Seharum Kasturi

Ingredients:

Barista Creations Caramello (40ml), Limau Kasturi (½ Lime), fresh passion fruit (½ Fruit), Monin Passion Fruit syrup (15ml), sparkling water (60ml), smashed lemongrass stick garnish, ice (3 x 30g), VIEW Recipe Glass, shaker

Preparation Methods:

Muddle half of the lime kasturi, and add half of the passion fruit into the glass. Then, add passion fruit syrup. After that, include ice and pour sparkling water into the glass. Meanwhile, add ice and brew the Barista Creations Caramello into the shaker and shake. Pour the mixture and garnish with a smashed lemongrass stick.
