Chef Wan cooks up a storm for Qatar Airways Business Class

The winner of Skytrax World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering 2021, Qatar Airways has always srtrived to evolve and elevate its culinary offering on flight and this exciting collaboration with Chef Wan is one of its many ongoing collaborations with celebrity chefs and dining establishments worldwide.

For the new Chef Wan menu, it highlights classic and traditional Malaysian cuisine as its main theme, where each dish are meticulously crafted with his personal twist including charcoal-grilled fish fillet with spicy Portuguese sauce and lamb kuzi served with Terengganu style rice, cashew nut and acah buah.

The menu also includes an exclusive heritage recipe of nyonya curry laksa passed down through different generations from Chef Wan’s family.

To cap off the menu with a sweet finish, Chef Wan presents a Deep Fried Caramel Bananas as a new twist to Malaysia’s favourite sweet treat of “Goreng Pisang”.
